Thanks for stepping in at the last minute Sharon and running the Chakra workshop. I thought it went very well and there was some interesting discussion, ideas and experiences. I'll post the meditation somewhere online and put the link here.

Thankyou for doing the Outer circle monday night, it sounds like it went well.
Sorry I could not make it but my car is playing up again and I did nod not want to make another long journey untill I could have it checked out today.

no probs i enjoy doing stuff like that, thanks for helping tim. I can post some of the stuff i have from that night as well.
